You'll need to sign in with a Microsoft account that you want to associate with your developer account. If you don't already have a Microsoft account, you can get one when you start the signup process. You'll also need to pay for the account using a Visa/Mastercard, PayPal (in supported locations), or a promo code. Note that prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
Individual accounts are for a single developer working on their own. Company accounts are for organizations and businesses. Company accounts give you access to submit apps with some additional functionality. We also require greater verification for company accounts after you register, to confirm that you're authorized to set up the account for your company. This verification can take from a few days to a couple of weeks, and often includes a phone call to your company. Both types of accounts allow you to submit apps and services. You may see this message if your Microsoft account uses an email address with a school or company domain. If you see a prompt indicating that your email is used with more than one account, choose Personal account to continue. If you are still unable to complete the account process, you may need to create a new Microsoft account using an email address that is not associated with your organization and use the new Microsoft account to register as a developer.
First, check that you're trying to sign in with the Microsoft account that is associated with your developer account. If you are, you might see a prompt indicating that your email is used with more than one account; in that case, choose Personal account to continue. If you don't see the prompt, and you're sure you are using the right Microsoft account, contact support.
Note. If your organization uses Azure Active Directory to allow multiple users to access a developer account, make sure that you're trying to sign in with the email address that your organization used to grant you access to the account, rather than signing in with a Microsoft account. If you're still having problems, contact your organization's Azure AD administrator for assistance.

Log in to portal.office.com using your appropriate credentials. Select the grid next to Office 365 and find the Admin tile:
If you do not see the Admin tile, try looking under the New tab–especially if you’ve recently been given Administrative access. You can right-click and Pin to home for easier access next time:
If you still cannot find the Admin tile, you’ll need to contact your IT Department and/or primary Administrator. Please note that it takes a few minutes for the tile to appear once you are assigned Admin privileges.

Enabling Microsoft Teams
The Microsoft Teams settings panel will appear. To enable Microsoft Teams for your organization, click on the switch:
Administrative settings for Microsoft Teams can be found by expanding each section. We’ll be going over some of these individually in the coming months. Be aware that any changes you make here apply to your entire organization, so please exercise caution. The settings section I’d like to highlight today is the Calls & Meetings section. Here, it’s possible to disable video in meetings and screen sharing in meetings if your organization does not use those features:
